Frequently Asked Questions
A lot of people will ask what type of delivery service we offer. As we use local courier companies we can only offer a kerbside delivery only. The drivers are not required by the third party companies we use to carry the items into the home. Upon the truck arriving it is the customers responsability to take the items from the truck into their own home. We cannot guarentee the driver will help in this process as they do not work for The Flooring Company. Sorry for any inconvienience.
